last minute!!

A last minute hint. Although Birmingham is struggling a bit currently, their important players Emile Heskey and Jermaine Pennant seemed very ambitious during the trainings this week. There are rumours that Sunderland does not have a chance in this game
**also take a look at the Blackburn - Arsenal game analysis. The game is on in 25 minutes. Hurry!!

CL- PSV Eindhoven - Olympique Lyonnais 21/02

Another exciting draw for the 2nd round of the Champions League. Both teams are performing magnificently well in their own leagues. Lyon is in the comfortable 1st position in the French Ligue 1, and PSV the same in Eredivisie. At the beginning of the season PSV has lost 5 important players, including Bouma and van Bommel, but they are a very experienced team, with coach Guus Hidding, and they are performing pretty well in Europe as well, but this time they are facing a very difficult opponent. In the other hand, with former Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier, Lyon has been performing incredibally well in the Champions League especially for the last 2 years, and most people expect a lot from them. In their league, they are currently struggling a bit, but the Champions League is a completely different area, and they will manage to get a win over PSV in the first match.

CL- Bayern Munich - AC Milan 21/02

Both teams have always been seen as one of Europe's top 10 teams. They both attained enormous glories, but in the recent years, Milan has been clearly the better team in the European area. If their Champions Leauge history is considered, I would choose either a draw or an away win for Milan, but their league performances make me reconsider this choice again. Although they are the second in Serie A, when a little study is made, we see that although they have 57 points in 26 matches, they have lost against most of their domestic rivals such as Roma, Inter, and Fiorentina. When we take a look at FC Bayern's league stats, They have lost only once to Hamburger Sv in the early days of the league, and gathered 55 points in 22 matches. I believe that Bundesliga is a ratherly easy league when compared to Serie A, mortgage so in this gme both teams' chance of winning looks the same. Bayern will not lose at home, and Milan is a team that is not used to lose at all in Europe. A perfect match for a draw. This will be one of my favorite matches in this week's CL competition.
